Your Partner in Healthcare
Our general internists work with you in the coordination of all your healthcare needs. You can have your choice of physicians. Our doctors pride themselves in listening to your needs, answering your questions, and helping you to become a knowledgeable healthcare partner. As your partner, the general internist will supervise your primary care and assemble a team of specialty physicians most appropriate for your needs.
Executive Health Program
Our faculty physicians are members of the Executive Health team specializing in early disease detection and prevention at the Executive Health Center. Each exam is customized according to an individual’s current health, family medical history and lifestyle, as well as scientifically-based screening guidelines. Clients receive concierge level service through a personal coordinator, who manages client scheduling, follow-up, physician contact, reporting and billing.
Same Day Service
Our physicians recognize that unanticipated healthcare needs arise. USC physicians at the Healthcare Center 2 (located at 1520 San Pablo Street) can accommodate same-day appointments, a benefit available to both established USC patients and the patients of referring physicians. One call is all that is necessary to receive the highest quality healthcare for unpredicted medical needs.
Travel Health Services
Comprehensive evaluations prior to and following foreign travel can be essential to good health. Our USC general internists develop personalized treatment plans that may include vaccinations and other preventive measures to avoid illness. If needed, care can be coordinated with sub-specialists from the fields of gastroenterology and infectious diseases.
Allergy, Asthma and Immunology
Allergic Disorders are among the most common chronic conditions worldwide and affect more than 20 million people in this country. Common allergic disorders include allergic rhinitis (hay fever), asthma, eczema, food allergies and hives. Allergy symptoms can range from mild irritation to severe attacks or life threatening reactions. For these patients, early diagnosis and identification of triggers are the first steps to a successful treatment strategy in the evaluation of allergic diseases. Click for more information.
