Allergic Disorders are among the most common chronic conditions worldwide and affect more than 20 million people in this country. Common allergic disorders include allergic rhinitis (hay fever), asthma, eczema, food allergies, and hives. Allergy symptoms can range from mild irritation to severe attacks to life threatening reactions. For these patients, early diagnosis and identification of triggers are the first steps to a successful treatment strategy in the evaluation of allergic diseases.

The USC Center for Asthma, Allergy and Clinical Immunology is staffed by full time USC teaching faculty, board certified in Allergic and Immunologic diseases. The Center also works in close collaboration with physicians in Dermatology, Rheumatology, Pulmonary, and Head and Neck Surgery, as well as speech therapists, pharmacologists, nutritionists, and the USC Infusion Center to provide optimal patient care.
