Dr. Orrange earned her BA in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. She received her MD from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where she also completed her residency in internal medicine at UC San Diego.
Currently, Dr. Orrange serves as an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at USC’s Keck School of Medicine. She is a primary care physician with Keck Signature Care in Beverly Hills and, over her two-decade career at USC, has been a hospitalist and attending physician for medical students and residents at LAC+USC Medical Center while maintaining an active primary care practice. She is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians.
Board-certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Orrange is also a certified menopause provider. Her research and numerous publications focus on health policy, care inequities, health communication, and personalized care, reflecting her dedication to advancing proactive, patient-centered, and equitable healthcare practices.
