Keck Medicine of USC provides a wide range of medical care to international patients from more than 60 different countries around the globe. Whether you need cancer care, spine surgery, cardiac surgery, robotic urological surgery, neurosurgery, a transplant, a gastrointestinal procedure or access to clinical trials, our International Health team can help connect you to world-class care at one of our Keck Medicine locations in Southern California or arrange a remote second opinion to explore the latest treatment options in the United States. 

Concierge Services – To help make it easy and seamless for you, our team can assist you with your travel and lodging to the United States. We can also provide you with staff to help you with discharge and transitions after your care.  

Telehealth – Our doctors offer various telemedicine services to international patients, so you can be seen virtually. This may include remote second opinion, telepathology, teleradiology, tele-GI and telestroke. 

Hospital-to-hospital Transfer – If you are currently hospitalized and covered by medical insurance, we can work with your local facility to safely transfer you to Keck Medicine for advanced treatment for complex cases that may not be available elsewhere. 

How to Become a Patient 

1. Use our online form to request a consultation.  

2. Our team will email you a patient intake form. 

3. Once you complete this patient intake form, our team will reach out to you to guide you through next steps. This includes scheduling an appointment, getting any additional medical records from your local physician and providing you with a cost estimate for services.
