Description

This comprehensive two-class course empowers individuals who have undergone bariatric surgery. Attending the first visit course is essential to obtain a custom plan that fits your needs.

First Visit – Initial Nutrition Evaluation and Goal Setting: This class focuses on nutrition and lifestyle guidelines for successful weight loss and maintenance after weight-loss surgery.

Second Visit – Post-surgical Guidelines: This class delves into essential ways to continue your weight-loss journey with the tools for long-term success and optimal wellness.

What We Will Cover

  • The Five S’s of Mindful Eating: Learn how to slow down, savor each bite, and develop a mindful approach to eating that promotes better digestion, satisfaction, and control over portions.
  • The Bariatric Plate: Discover the ideal proportions of protein, vegetables, and healthy fats to optimize nutrition and maintain portion control after bariatric surgery.
  • Guide to Weight Loss After Sleeve Gastrectomy Surgery: Gain actionable insights on dietary adjustments, lifestyle habits, and strategies to achieve and sustain weight loss following sleeve gastrectomy surgery.
