Ariella Cohen, PA-C

Ariella Cohen, MS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with Keck Medicine of USC specialized in the field of thoracic surgery. Cohen is passionate about helping patients navigate some of the most challenging diagnoses, such as thoracic malignancies, with compassion and precision. In both outpatient and inpatient surgical settings, she provides comprehensive support, including preoperative assessment, inpatient management, postoperative care and patient education.

Cohen received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Long Island University in Brooklyn, New York. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has specialty training in advanced cardiac life support.

She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the California Academy of Physician Associates. She is also dedicated to mentoring the next generation of physician assistants, serving as a clinical educator and guest lecturer for Keck Medicine’s physician assistant program.

Outside of work, Cohen enjoys traveling, creating ceramics, baking and spending time with her cat.
